If still no internet, log the device back into the wifi network. Set Advance Settings to Proxy None and Connection Static -> enter valid IP Address. Try opening your browser on the device. I tried this for my device when connected to the wifi network but no internet access and it worked. Hope this helps.
It is an Arris device the provides digital phone wifi and 4 other LAN ports. The other device is an ASUS RT-AC66U connected to the ARRIS via LAN. The Pixel fails on both devices, while there are multiple tablets and game consoles using the wifi and getting internet. I would like to add that i tried changing the ip to 8.8.8.8 or is that dns something and now when I turn the laptop on, it would still have no internet, but I just leave it on for an hour or so and when I check again, i would suddenly have internet.
